We first met when Kadi covered Katherine’s maternity leave at their brick-and-mortar school. We quickly realized we were kindred spirits in the classroom! After becoming classroom neighbors teaching first grade, we discovered a shared passion for creative teaching, collaboration, and helping every child feel confident and capable.

Kadi taught Katherine’s daughter years ago and now we’ve come full circle, building
something special together for families like yours.

When we’re not teaching, we’re busy with our own little sprouts:

Katherine and her husband have two wonderful kids who keep them on their toes with piano and jiujitsu lessons.

Kadi and her husband welcomed their first baby girl in January of 2025 and are soaking up every sweet moment of life as new parents.

Together, we believe learning should be encouraging, flexible, and fun because every child deserves to bloom in their own way. We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to the Bright Sprouts family!
